Step Two: The Plan and The Agreement
Let’s make things official an agreement, travel fees for venues more than 40 miles from Buffalo, NY, and a customized outline for your first batch of marketing videos.
Step Three: Shot Lists and Arriving On Site
We’ll create a unique shot list and a very specific plan for capturing as much as possible while on site. I’ll prep all of my equipment, iPhone 17ProMax, Gimbal for stabilization, mini mics, lighting elements, battery packs, etc.
Step Four: Organizing the Media
Media is clearly labeled and backed up on multiple drives for safe keeping. Raw clips are shared with the venue via a DropBox link, a customized folder can be created for the bride and groom from the wedding day we captured.
Step Five: Editing your Videos!
Editing takes place in Adobe Premier Pro utilizing branded elements, quality clips, and music from a Royalty-free music library. Each video is short-form and crafted to grab and keep attention on social media.
